The development process for composite parts follows a structured workflow: Requirements analysis, concept and design, prototyping, testing and quality control, customer feedback and customisation, series production, delivery and support. The close cooperation with our customers, innovative strength and high quality standards guarantee customised solutions that meet individual requirements.
A concept is created based on the requirements, taking into account all relevant aspects such as shape, structure and choice of material. The design of the composite part is created using modern CAD tools.
Our range of services includes the design of components and all associated tools and devices.
During the development stage, we can already produce prototypes in-house using close-to-production moulds. We also produce prototypes using 3D printing.
Our production includes a wide range of processes which we use depending on the customer’s requirements. The process selection is individually customised.
