Our expertise is in the manufacture of composite components (FVK). We use state-of-the-art technologies to manufacture high-quality products:

  • Autoclaves: We have two Scholz autoclaves at our disposal. D: 2500mm, L: 4000 mm, operating temperature: 350 degrees Celsius, operating pressure: 12 bar. The autoclaves enable precise baking of components and complete documentation of the process.
  • Tempering ovens: Our four ovens offer a total area of 60 square metres. The maximum component size is 6000 mm x 3000 mm x 2000 mm. The temperature in these ovens can reach up to 150 degrees Celsius. The post-treatment and curing of the FRP parts takes place in the tempering ovens.
  • Vacuum technology:We use advanced vacuum technology at all our workstations. This ensures the consistently high quality of the components.
  • Process documentation: We place great importance on quality assurance and traceability. We therefore record all relevant process parameters to ensure batch traceability.

CNC TECHNOLOGY

5-axis machining units from EIMA, Zimmermann and DMG with a maximum component size of 6000 x 2500 x 1500 mm for the production of precision milled components made of plastic, aluminium and stainless steel.
DMG multi-axis turning units with powered tools for the production of precision turned parts made of plastic, aluminium and stainless steel.

The use of state-of-the-art software solutions in the areas of ERP, CAD, CAM and 3D scanning ensures a high-quality process in the production of composite components. These advanced technologies not only ensure efficiency, but also high quality in production.

  • ABAS – ERP: Our comprehensive ERP software solution enables the efficient recording of all operating and production processes. It also supports the management of technical documentation to ensure a smooth process.
  • Catia V5: As a powerful CAD system, Catia V5 offers advanced functions for 3D modelling and design.It is an indispensable tool for our development and design department.
  • MasterCam and Tebis: Our CAM systems are specialised in CNC programming. MasterCam and Tebis enable the precise control of our manufacturing machines. They offer customised solutions for various requirements
  • Geomagic Control X: This professional metrology software platform processes 3D scan data and creates precise dimensional analysis and measurement reports. This enables us to optimise the quality of our composite components.
